The new icons do not match the aesthetics of the game. The MT-32 Sound settings sounds off.. I was so happy when I got to see that this game will come to steam. I still own the old original cd-rom version, even though it is unplayable due to scratches and once in a while I tend to pick this game up on Scumm to play it again, even though I know every little dialouge and all the riddles.This is a great game with great humor, great puzzles, loveable characters and enjoyable soundtrack. This was the first game in my life I ever got to play and finish. It brings back great memories of self drawn maps and being forced to remain stuck on riddles for ages because you could not ask the internet for the solutions.I really do recommend the game itself, because it is just awesome, but... Only runs in full screen, offers no way to change this, or the monitor it's running on. Sadly my main monitor is 43" 4K, making it a massive headache to play.. Ok. This game aged very very badly. Even with the Legacy DLC i cant get any joy out of this game. I haved played many old school classics on Steam but this is really not worth it. "The Dig" from Lucas Arts comes in VGA graphics as well but is sooo much more enjoyable. Not even for nostalgic reasons is this game to be recommended.. This is far from a remake.It's just a filter applied by the ScummVM that you could also do yourself with the old game.The new menu is just cosmetic and did not even fully replace the old save mechanism (with the postcard).Also it is almost not playable since the mouse cursor is constantly jumping to random places when you move the mouse.I was really looking forward to a remake of this game but I'm deeply disappointed.. Edit: The cursor issue has been fixed and the game is now playable. The new graphics still don't look very good. But it can be played with the old or new graphics. This is a great game now that it is playable :) ---------------The NEW graphics have somehow gotten worse after 25 years.The mouse cursor jumps around randomly all the time making the game unplayable.I'm sure there is a lot more wrong with it but I wasn't able to make it that far.I was really looking forward to playing this game since it was so amazing when I played it as a kid. But everything about this remake is horrible and unplayable.
